There’s a place for everybody!

We have ministries for all ages at KBC. We offer everything from nursery care for your little ones to fun hands on learning in our children and youth, as well as challenging classes and opportunities to serve our church and our community in all of our adult ministries.

Operation Christmas Child

During Jesus’ ministry, he embraced children and even encouraged His disciples to be more like them.  At KBC, we embrace that philosophy and consider our children to be a treasure. We believe they are a vital part of the church, a cornerstone for the future.  To that end, we call our ministry Kirkland KIDS and believe in the importance of these values:

Christmas Caroling to our shut-ins
  • K -Knowing God and His Word
  • I -Involving in Friendship and Fellowship
  • D -Developing their understanding of their need for a Savior
  • S -Serving in the church and community
Our annual Trunk or Treat

Our mission is to help each child discover their God-given potential through Christ-like attitudes, servanthood, and discipling.

KBC Student Ministries is dedicated to seeing students come to the believing knowledge of Christ. We hope that the students in our church and our communities pursue a life of believing loyalty to God and reach others for the Kingdom. We teach that the Word of God is a complete story with Christ at the center.

Andrew Quaife has been the Student Ministries Director since 2016.

The WMU at KBC has a passion for building relationships with each other as well as growing closer to God. The Group is lead by Lindy Hudgins and Lori Mills. Lindy and Lori strive to provide a place where women can be supported and uplifted. With this in mind, the WMU offer Bible studies, Prayer Mosaics, and day trips to help the women of KBC to grow in love for each other and for God.

At Kirkland Baptist Church, our Senior Adults group The Rocks of Ages work to reach out to our community. Through day trips, breakfasts at local restaurants, or ministering to those in nursing homes, our Senior Adult Group stays active at KBC.

Our Men’s group, the Forge, take their inspiration from Proverbs 27:17: “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Our men are led by John Mole and they have a desire to have an impact on their families, their church, and their community by reaching out to help those in need. They plan to begin events to help seniors and others in need in our community, be it as small as fixing a lock on a door or as big as a wheel chair ramp for a shut in.  They are excited to see how God can use them in the future.
